Before I saw Mr. Cramer I was just turned away from the stock exchange. I was attempting to retrieve my award from the movers and changers competition.

After which I looked up and said, ok God, why am I led here today? Why do I have this extra day here in NYC?

Next thing I know, I’m led to walk away from the stock exchange and Jim Cramer walks right beside me.

At first I wasn’t sure if it was him. Then, right as I questioned that some guy on the side of the street yelled out, “hey Cramer!”

I smiled… (Gods accuracy)

I walked along side of him and from the side said, Mr. Cramer you were a judge on last years movers and changers right? He said “yeah” while still looking forward… Focused.

I said, yes I was on the show this year. He smiled and opened up a bit. “Oh really How did you do?” the other team won, I said.

But it was a great experience because I got to meet and spend time with Mark Cuban.

Yeah, that’s a good deal. We’re (CNBC) Is working on something like that it’s just a concept now nothing concrete.

As we walked and Spoke more he said, yes Mark… He’s a good guy. He’s the real deal. A good spirit.

I met him back in the 80′s. Good guy. We need more like him in the world.

Maybe he’ll fund your business.

I said, that would be great.

As we neared the corner I said, you know, I was just wondering why I was led to walk this way and here I meet you.

“he smiled and said no, I’m just a TV guy… I’m not Mark Cuban.

I said, No, but I just appreciate the conversation, that’s all.

Oh, ok, Cramer said as we neared the corner where a black BMW with a driver await him.

“Look, I gotta run off but it was nice talking to you.” Cramer said.

I thanked Mr. Cramer as he entered the car and drove off.

Had a wonderful time learning from Brian Tracy.

There’s something very simple that you need to remember.

There is greatness with you!

Regardless of what anyone has ever said about you,your full of potential. And they’re all sorts of things that you can do with your life.

Sadly, some people don’t realize how powerful they are. Unfortunately, many die with the gifts within them. Don’t you die with your gifts within you! Express your gifts every single day be an unlimited person and you’ll be sure to reap benefits of success. If you sustain, and maintain a positive attitude and a great outlook on life you will be surprised as to what you can accomplish over time. Do you like to cook? I sure do.
I love it when I have a chance to cook. The smell of the aroma throughout the house gives my senses a preview as to what’s to come.

It’s something about good food that sends great emotion throughout a house.

The emotion is evoked by the smell of the food which gives us the preview of what’s to come.

As we begin to anticipate the food we may begin to create fantasies of what it will be like when we get to eat.

Many people are like pots on a stove a full of some good stuff. The only difference is that most people do not ever get the chance to share the wonderful stuff that’s within them.

Some people are like pots, boiling with potential but no one can smell what they are cooking because they have the “lid” on too tight and their kitchen windows are closed.

In other words, no one will get to see your gift if you are too scared to open up and let the world see your talent.

If you are hiding your gift, STOP NOW!

You may have the gift to change lives! But, if you never allow yourself the opportunity to be exposed your gifts may die within you.

There’s a story I am reminded of about a man on his deathbed:

A man lay on his deathbed awaiting his final minutes of life. Suddenly, he notices a dark figure in the distance. The stranger began to walk closer to the bed. Frightened, the man on the bed looked up and then gasped for air.

As the stranger drew near, a dim light shone upon the face of the stranger. The man in the bed realizes that it’s his own face on that strange figure!

The figure says, “I am your dreams I’ve come to say farewell”

The man on the bed said, “Why are you here now?”

A long pause… silence… then…

The figure finally says,

“I am your greatest dreams, and I have been here all along. Throughout your life I have been with you. If only you had ever reached up and used me we could have expressed greatness together. We could’ve been successful together.

But now you’re on your deathbed, and I know that you are going to die. I’ve come to say farewell, because now I must die too. I will never live nor be expressed because you never believed in me.”

Do not be like the man on his deathbed!

Express your dreams trust yourself and express your vision. Decide in your life to follow the desires of your heart because in the grave, where we all are going one day, there’s neither thinking nor planning. Live your dreams!

Maximize your potential.

Stop holding back.
Stop wishing.
Stop waiting…

Definite action is a positive step in the right direction.
You have something valuable to contribute.

Only you know your true potential! The dreams you have will inspire people.

Your dreams are not fantasy!

You have the gift, and since you went through the creation process it’s time to be all that you intended to be. All that you ever wanted to be is within your grasp.

Go out and do what makes you happy.
Be authentically you.
Let your light shine.
Submit to your dreams.

The time is now…

Listen to what your heart has told you…. There is greatness within you!

Just do it.

You’ve experienced all the pain and heartache so that you can tell others how to overcome their own.

You can use all of your gifts to evoke the motions:

Make people laugh.
Make people cry.
Make people move.
Give people hope.
Inspire people to action.
Change lives.

Accept the responsibility to use to get that you have within you.

Now, you know what you must do.

Imagine the look on people’s face when you give of your gift.

After you perform people’s faces glow.
